Cloud Override

Goes through the clouds and overwrites the view properties of the clouds according to categories based on the text in the comments parameter.
Override revision clouds whose Comments parameter contains a specific text. Select between overriding clouds in the entire model, all views, all sheets or just the current view.

Scenarios
1. Revision clouds are to be categorised by typing the name of the one to be working on them in the beginning of the “Comments” parameter. The revision clouds for Jim will start with “Jim: “. Jim can override all revision clouds with his name to make them blue to see them easily.
2. Revision clouds are categorised “Internal: ” or “External: “. The revision clouds with the “Comments” parameter “External: ” have to be exported as .CSV and sent to the consultants working on the project to communicate changes.

Cloud Override Reset

Resets all overrides for revision clouds in all views and sheets.
Resets revision cloud overrides back to the default settings.

Scenarios
1. After working on the revision clouds, their overrides have to be reset, so that the plans can be submitted with one color for the revision clouds.

Cloud Selector

Gets revision cloud IDs containing a specific text in their Comments parameter.
Type in a specific text. This button will get the revision clouds containing this text and their information. Select between the IDs of the revision clouds containing this text in the current view, all views, all sheets or everywhere.

Scenarios
1. Every person working on the project can now select the revision clouds starting or containing their names in the Comments parameter and export them as a .CSV file.
2. Revision clouds whose Comments parameter contains the name of an area in the project have to be exported as a .CSV file.

Export Cloud List

Gets information of revision clouds as well as their containing views and sheets.
Select between information of revision clouds in the current view, all views, all sheets or in the whole model.

Scenarios
1. A list of revision clouds from the current revision as well as the previous revision have to be exported to compare the changes.
2. The list of revision clouds on a single sheet have to be exported to discuss at a meeting.

Clouds on Sheet

Creates a Revitesse_RevisionsOnSheet parameter as a shared parameter. Adds all revision cloud Mark and Comments parameter information to their host views into the created Revitesse_RevisionsOnSheet parameter.
This parameter can be tagged or added to the titleblock family to display all revision cloud information on the sheet.

Scenarios
1. To show the changes and the marked revision clouds, the revision cloud numbers –  “Mark” parameter – as well as their content – “Comments” parameter – have to be displayed on the titleblocks to submit everything in one document. For that, the titleblocks should have a specified space dedicated for “Revitesse_RevisionsOnSheet” parameter.
2. Only the numbers – “Mark” parameter – has to be tagged on the revision clouds, but the content – “Comments” parameter will only be displayed on the side of the title block. This will eliminate the need to export multiple documents.

Cloud Numbering

Numbers revision clouds according to their containing sheet or view parameters in the Mark parameter.
Select the parameters in the order and length needed to number the revision clouds.

Scenarios
1. Revision clouds are to be numbered according to the sheet with a number 001, 002… to facilitate finding them without opening the model.

Cloud Numbering Reset

Reset cloud numbers in the Mark parameter.
Select between resetting cloud numbers in the active view, all views, all sheets or the whole model.

Scenarios
1. Some revision clouds have been added, but they were not needed for the submission. Upon deleting them, the numbers jump between the revision clouds. All the revision cloud numbers have to be reset now and the revision clouds have to be renumbered.
2. The sheet numbering system has been changed and all the revision clouds have to be adjusted. The revision cloud marks have to be reset and renumbered.
